Meet the Owner

Jeff Poole

President/Owner/P.T.

There are things that are important, things that are more important and things that are most important. Years ago, as a 26-year-old man, I came to the place in my life where I realized that no matter how good I tried to be, I could not be good enough. At the same time, I realized who Jesus was and is: God, the Son, the Savior. It was that day that I transferred my trust from myself and all the things I was trying to do to earn my way to heaven, and I trusted Jesus as my Savior. My life now is not my own. I have been bought with a price. I am simply a steward of the life God has given me. I am not yet what I should be, but not what I used to be. Everything I do is under the umbrella of my salvation. This is the foundation for Coastal Health LLC.

Coastal Health is a South Carolina–owned home health agency, built by clinicians and led by clinicians. Unlike many home health agencies across the state, we are not owned by out-of-state corporations or nationwide insurance companies. Our leadership team was educated in South Carolina, lives in South Carolina, and is deeply connected to the communities we serve.

We approach care differently — because we were called to healthcare for a reason. We became clinicians with a shared mission: to make a meaningful, measurable difference in the lives and outcomes of our patients. That mission continues to guide every decision we make and every patient we serve.

This translates into patient care service delivery as servant led-service excellence. Seeking to serve well as Jesus led is what drives how we provide care. We reflect God’s love in our care, serving with kindness, humility, and respect. We provide relationship-driven care with a focus on the patient experience from referral through post-discharge.
